We seek individuals with the following experiences:
- Undergraduate degree with strong academic background in analysis-driven or business-related field (e.g., economics, accounting, math, sciences, engineering), or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office required; mastery of Excel preferred
- Analytical experience strongly preferred (e.g., numerical research, data analysis, Excel modeling)
- Writing experienced preferred (e.g., research reports, briefs, PowerPoint presentations)
- Master’s Degree in business or analytical field helpful
- For experienced positions, 2-3 years or more of post-college experience in executive compensation consulting or related field (role, title, and pay commensurate with experience)
